After having our project explained to us, we set off to Cuba Street to have a look in some galleries that were currently displaying photomontage pieces.
My favourite works were by the Wellington based artist Rob Cherry and were displayed in the gallery 'Suite'. I liked how he used traditional analogue methods to combine images and form new ideas. I was interested in both his full frame works and his works where he had cut holes in card in order to view smaller images.
